    Shhhh…something’s up at the American Tin Cannery in Pacific Grove. Non-disclosure signatures, people sworn to secrecy about a lease/option signed earlier this week between a developer of World Heritage sites and the folks down at the far end of Pacific Grove. The feasibility of the project will be explored and an announcement made within 30 days, they say. Former Economic Development Director Kurt Overmeyer at one time talked about a hotel and needing a vote of the people. How about a five-star LEED-certified project? Hmmm…
