and is held in Historic Chautauqua Hall est.1881 on the 1st Weekend in October.
This event hosts fine local arts & crafts, food, silent auction and live music.
All net proceeds will be donated to The Heritage Society of Pacific Grove.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Aug. 31, 2015. We will continue to accept applications received after this date for consideration to fill the show or add to wait list. This is 1st come, 1st served. So please act quickly.

If you notify us of your cancellation by Sept. 3, 2015 we will send you a refund for your booth fee minus a $20.00 handling fee. If the cancellationcomes after Sept. 3, 2015 your space fee is forfeited.

*2) Please attach a copy of your current CA State Resale License.*
3)*If you choose to be outdoors, all set up materials (canopy/ tables) must be provided by you.
4) Set Up begins at 8:00am on Saturday, Oct. 3rd. Please arrive on time, giving yourself a good margin of error. Lighthouse Ave. will be closed on Saturday morning for the Butterfly Parade. Please approach Chautauqua Hall using Central Ave. We will have to cooperate with traffic, businesses and residences in the area.
5) Parking is residential. Since this event is held on a Saturday & Sunday, parking near by on residential streets is suggested as parking times in business districts is 3 hours only on Saturdays. Please be considerate when parking in residential zones. On Sunday there is no timed parking in lots or business districts, so parking should be a bit easier.
6) Vendors are responsible for providing their own insurance for the event and agree to hold The Heritage Society of Pacific Grove, its officers and agents and Artisana Gallery free and harmless from any claims or expenses that may arise due to their participation in this event. Vendors hereby expressly assume any risk of harm to vendor, merchandise, guests or guests property arising out of their participation and the participation of other vendors or agents in this event. If weather, other acts of Nature, or reasons beyond the control of The Heritage Society of Pacific Grove and Artisana Gallery cause the events cancellation, Vendor space fees will not be returned and The Heritage Society of Pacific Grove and Artisana Gallery will not be held liable to vendors for failure of the event to take place.
7) This agreement shall be effective immediately upon execution and shall continue in effect for the Artists in Chautauqua event October 3-4, 2015.
8) By signing this form vendor agrees to abide by all conditions contained herein and on application.
