    Orion Bautista, Jadon Phillip, Foster Smith, and Robert Wilkerson will still be wrestling tomorrow in day two of the CCS championships. To advance to the CIF State Wrestling Tournament, they will need to win out and finish third. Only the top three in each weight class will advance to state.

    After finishing in 1st place at the MTAL tournament, junior Tyler Hawes looked to continue his strong wrestling. Hawes won his first match, but lost his next two, to be eliminated from the tournament.

    Also seeing his tournament come to an end, was senior Liam Cunningham. Cunningham received a bye in the first round, but then lost his next two matches by decision.

    In the overall team score board, Pacific Grove is sitting in 27th place out of 75 teams. The Breakers scored 23 team points in day 1.
