• City Council Action 11-6-13


    Major actions taken by the Council at its regular meeting on November 6, 2013 include:

    Held second reading and adopted an ordinance protecting beaches and harbor during the pupping season.

    Held second reading and adopted an ordinance updating to the 2013 building and fire codes, with amendments.

    Held second reading and adopted an ordinance authorizing a pilot program to increase public parking limits in the downtown during the holiday season.

    Introduced and held first reading of a set of replacement commercial sign guidelines

    Directed staff to circulate requests for proposals for management or leasing of the Pacific Grove Golf Links; cleaning and repairing the City’s sanitary sewer mains; trimming City trees; mowing and edging turf, painting street stripes and legends; and providing custodial services at the Library and Museum.
