Approved a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the REAP Grant application, supporting documents, and agreements.Held a second reading and adopted an ordinance to amend the Pacific Grove Municipal Code Title 23.90.Received a report on the status of the City’s water reserves per the August 2020 Monterey Peninsula Water Management District (MPWMD) monthly allocation report and monthly entitlement report.Received the Core Revenue Status Report – September 2020.Received the Mayor’s Regional Meetings report.Received the Final Governance, Transparency and Labor Relations Policy Committee ReportReceived the Transportation Agency for Monterey County September 23, 2020 Board HighlightsReceive report of emergency directives/modifications and discussed circumstances needing emergency response.Authorized the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the Don Chapin Company Inc. for construction of the Pine Ave & Eardley Ave Traffic Calming & Pedestrian Safety Project in an amount not to exceed $214,940 plus a 15% contingency.Received the Economic Development Commission Minutes for August 13, 2020.Held first reading of an ordinance to approve a concession lease agreement with La Crème Hospitality, Inc., and authorize publication of a summary approved by the City Attorney.Received an update on the current Recreation Department services and the status of Special Events scheduled for November and December 2020.Received the Fourth Quarter Budget Report and a Preliminary Fiscal Year 19/20 Financial.Received Local Water Project Update.The agenda reports and supporting documents for all of these actions are on the City’s website.
