• Go Figure!

Every Tuesday morning, from 9 to noon, a dedicated group of artists meet at the Pacific Grove Art Center for a life drawing class. Just like it sounds, life drawing is drawing, or painting, from life, or more specifically, from a live model. The group calls itself Go Figure. They share the modest cost of the model and the rental of the hall. It’s very informal and there isn’t really a membership. Don’t bother calling either, just show up ready to draw or paint. In this photo you can see artist Sibyl Johnson sketching the model.
The Pacific Grove Art Center is located upstairs at 568 Lighthouse Avenue, Pacific Grove, CA 93950.
