 Directed that the law firm ofJackson Lewis be retained to undertake an independent investigation into concerns expressed by members of the public regarding Project Bella reimbursement.

 Held second reading of an ordinance to authorize the execution of a lease with Keystone America, Inc., locally known as the Paul Mortuary, to operate the Little Chapel by the Sea and Crematorium (The Little Chapel) for a term of five years.

 Held second reading of an ordinance to amend the CalPERS contract to provide Government Code Section 20516 employee sharing additional cost.

 Following continued discussion of the Local Coastal Program Land Use Plan and Implementation Plan (LCP), requested that staff determine the soonest available meeting date at which Council shall receive further public comment and approve resolution authorizing submission of the LCP to the Coastal Commission for certification.
