• Missing At-Risk Adult

    Pacific Grove Police Department requests help from the public in locating a voluntary missing at-risk adult. Chad Hillhouse, 39, was last seen in Sand City on Aug. 13, 2015. He may be driving a silver 2015 Jeep Rubicon with California plates #OCRRUBI. He is described as about 170 pounds, with brown eyes, and a shaved head. He has a tattoo of a polo horse on the left side of his chest and a tribal tattoo on his mid-back.

    He is a Navy veteran and with a history of depression. He did not fill his prescription medication for depression and anxiety on the day he went missing. There has been no activity on his cell phone in two weeks.chad hillhouse1
