The Pacific Grove Police Department implemented a new parking software program, to include a new parking citation processing vendor (TurboData), and new handheld ticketing devices. The new handhelds are actually smart phones that allow enforcement officers to take photographs, add notations, set reminders for timed route areas, connect to a wireless printer, and instantly sync to the new web-based software program. In addition, citizens can pay tickets online, as well as request administrative reviews at: www.pticket.com/pg.
