• SoDAonStage Season Features the Family Fun Musical Disney’s “Alice in Wonderland Jr”

PacRep’s School of Dramatic Arts’ (SoDA) season begins with Disney’s Alice in Wonderland Jr., playing April 1 through April 24, at the Golden Bough Theatre in Carmel. Adapted from Disney’s classic animated film, Alice in Wonderland, the family musical  features the song favorite “Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah,” and “The Unbirthday Song.”

PacRep’s SoDAonStage production features more than 60 “stars of tomorrow” under the professional direction of Gracie Poletti, with choreography by Gloria Elber. The main characters are double cast: Alice (Lily Berrysmith and Genevieve Baldwin), Queen of Hearts (Baily Belleci Brewer and Victoria Bassanello), White Rabbit (Madison Hart and Sylvie Pratt), and Mad Hatter (McKenna Goodson and Katie Wheeler).595157-alice1_large

Join Alice in her madcap adventures that begin innocently enough as she chases the White Rabbit down the rabbit hole, where her adventures become increasingly more strange as she races the Dodo Bird, gets tied up with Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, raps with a bubble-blowing Caterpillar, and beats the Queen of Hearts at her own game!

Disney’s Alice in Wonderland Jr. will begin performances Friday and Saturday April 1 and 2 at 7:30 p.m., closing April 24, at the Golden Bough Theatre, on Monte Verde Street between 8th and 9th Avenues, in Carmel-by-the-Sea.

General admission single ticket prices for the SoDA Season productions range from $8 to $20 with discounts available for seniors over 65, students, children, teachers, and active military.
