• Track and Field: Michelle Watkins Places 7th in 800 meters

    Twenty six different teams from around Northern California competed in the Don Christopher Invitational over the weekend. [03-21-15]

    Palma took first place in the boys division, followed by Calaveras and Willow Glen. In the girl’s division, Scotts Valley took first, followed by Christopher and San Benito.

    Michelle Watkins, a senior for the Breakers, finished the 800 meters in 7th place, with a time of 2:30.93.

    For the boys, junior Douglas Dow finished the 1600 meters in 31st place, with a time of 4:48.12.

    Freshman Luca Lauritzen also finished in 26th place in the 1600 meters with a time of 5:26.08 for the Frosh/Soph bracket.
