Zack Miller of Pacific Grove qualified for the Central Coast Section Finals next Friday evening, May 27, at Gilroy High School. Miller started the day with a massive school record in the 400 meter dash with a time of 48.55. His old best was 49.85 and the old school record by Tyrell Moss was 49.4 set in 1951.
Miller is the number one seed in the 400 meter final. He followed that up with a personal record of 21-11, good for 4th best. He completed the day with a solid 200 meter time of 22.25, second best of the day. No other Breaker team members advanced beyond the trials. Link for full results is below.
