The City received a multi-year dredging permit from the State, allowing us to dredge the accumulated tules. Our outside independent consultant completed the required red legged frog survey this week, finding none. This provides us a 7-day window to dredge. Given the recent rains, we will not be able to put any equipment in the pond itself, so the contractor will be working solely from the bank. CourseCo has agreed to pay one-half the costs.
