From Police Chief Vickie Meyers: “We are recommending making the parking limits for the entire downtown two hours, except for the lot at the Pacific Grove market (1 hour) and the overnight area at the theater. The permit areas in the Fandango lot and the Peppers lot would also remain unchanged.
“This would go into effect on or about November 7, 2013 until on or about January 15, 2014.”
