The California Secretary of State as of June 5 reports that there are 180,266 registered voters in Monterey Co, and only 32,483 – or 18% – turned out to vote. All precincts in the county have reported their Election Night results. County elections officials will continue counting ballots (vote-by-mail, provisional, etc.) during the 30-day post-election canvass period. These results are Semi-Final until the Secretary of State certifies results of all state contests on July 13, 2018.
